The Sunset Middle School Athletic Department and sports teams model the vision and expectations of Williamson County Schools and the TSSAA. As Saber athletes, students will make a commitment to themselves, teammates and the athletic program to follow the expectations of being an athlete. Sunset Middle offers a wide variety of sports in fall, winter, and spring seasons. Learn more about Williamson County Schools athletic guidelines and requirements, complete required electronic athletic forms in order to participate in athletics, or for specific information on tryouts for various sports, please contact the head coach.

WCS Final Forms

This dashboard enables parents and students to complete required athletic forms electronically and communicate with each other during the season.  In order to be eligible to try out and participate in athletic programs or activities, all required athletic annual physical forms must be completed electronically through the Williamson County Schools FinalForms online dashboard. 

For parents and students new to Williamson County Schools, access to the FinalForms dashboard can be obtained by contacting the SMS athletic directors or coaches. It is also available on students' Classlink Dashboard on their Chromebooks.

For an athlete to compete in school athletics for the current school year, sports physicals must be dated after April 15 of the year and uploaded into FinalForms  This is a TMSAA Rule. Questions: Athletic Director Josh Riley.

Sunset Athletic Club (SAC)

The mission of the Sunset Athletic Club (SAC) is to improve and enhance SMS athletic programs and facilities for the benefit of all students, coaches, and fans. We support fundraising for all sports, promote participation and school spirit, and provide quality athletic experiences for our students. We would like to invite you to become a member of the Sunset Athletic Club (SAC). We are very proud of the accomplishments of our athletics department and teams, and we are excited to see what the upcoming year has in store for our student athletes!

Tickets for Athletic Events 

All tickets for athletic contests, both home and away, will be offered two ways. GoFan is an online platform for purchasing digital tickets for all WCS sporting events. Download the app for Apple products HERE or Android products HERE. Tickets will also be sold at the door if cash is your family's preferred payment method. 
Please remember that Athletic Passes, obtained through SAC membership, function as tickets but are accepted for home games only and exclude tournaments.

Sunset Athletic Passes

The Saber Athletic Pass are included with SAC membership donations of $150 or more and grant admission for the SAC member and immediate family to all Sunset Middle HOME games. (Athletic passes may only be used for SMS events played at home, excluding tournaments).

Adidas ECOM Partnership Program

Williamson County Schools has teamed up with Adidas in their ECOM Partnership Program. The program offers discount codes specific to each school and Adidas donates 10% of the total spent back to the selected school as a fundraiser. Use code SMS18ADP.
